The secret to our success lies in controlling our thoughts. The limitations that we face come largely from our own self-limiting thoughts (2). Once we understand that there is no distinction between matter and energy, the boundaries between our physical world and our thoughts start to disappear as well (12). Matter and energy are just two of the forms that consciousness takes (15).
We see what we are prepared or conditioned to see. Our beliefs do not just reflect our reality, they create our reality (17). Ideas precede things (19). Every phenomenon in the universe starts as an idea (23).

We can choose what we think, but are unlikely to act on it until we deliver those thoughts to our non-conscious mind (52). Neuroplasticity involves the ability to make new brain cells and new neural connections (57). We are structured to grow our creativity, intelligence, and capacity for achievement throughout our lives (58). When we create a clear, focused picture of what we want, the reticular activating system kicks into high gear; it is important to program it with what we want to achieve.
To the unconscious, there are no secrets (61-62). Worry is a prayer for what you don’t want (63). According to Maxwell Maltz, a plastic surgeon in the 1950’s, any change that we make in our lives that makes us uncomfortable, sending out a chemical signal that we perceive as doubt and danger (65-66). We need to reframe these signals as an indication to readjust our set points, i.e. feel the fear and do it anyway, seeing change as a breakthrough rather than a threat (69). Successful business people are driven to change the world around them. Impact is the measure, not size or scale (73-74). For those who want to create a sustainable dream business, that business must be an expression of their passion.
